Responsibilities:
- Write, develop, edit, and publish content for websites, blogs, videos, email marketing campaigns, and social media posts
- Create and edit visual content, including graphics, photos, and videos, to enhance engagement.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and alignment with marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with the agency’s goals and client needs.
- Work closely with designers, writers, and other team members to ensure content is cohesive and aligns with the overall brand strategy.
- Communicate with clients to understand their content needs and incorporate their feedback into the content creation process.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop strategies to grow and nurture the online community, fostering a loyal and engaged audience.
- Generate innovative content ideas that capture attention and drive engagement
- Keep an eye on industry trends and incorporate relevant ideas into content and social media strategies.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience as a Digital Contant/Social Media Producer or similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field
- Proven experience in digital content creation, social media management, or a similar role
- Proficient in video and photo editing on Adobe Premiere and Adobe Photoshop a plus
- Project management skills a plus
- Ability to generate innovative content ideas that capture attention and drive engagement
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and incorporating their feedback
- An entrepreneurial spirit
