As a Digital Content Manager on the Broad Arrow team, you’ll be responsible for implementing our web and digital marketing efforts to drive brand awareness, traffic, and leads while creating all types of materials for websites, digital advertising, social media, and email campaigns. The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for the automotive industry and a deep understanding of digital marketing systems.

What you’ll do
- Responsible for the content strategy and implementation of creative for the companies’ websites and its product offerings
- Improve web content to meet user and organizational needs (i.e. improve find-ability, search engine optimization (SEO) relevance/stickiness)
- Use analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for website improvement
- Create emails pertaining to the marketing strategies and tactics while working within the companies established brand guidelines, templates, and timelines as well as track and report email performance.
- Execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, google ads, and display advertising and analyze their effectiveness and performance
- Travel to major collector car events and/or auctions
This might describe you
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Proven experience with a focus on strategy development, campaign management, and performance optimization.
- Experience with email marketing services.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Proficient in using graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Positive mindset with strong orientation for teamwork and collaboration.

- This position can be worked as a remote position within the United States.
- Familiarity with public company requirements, including Sarbanes Oxley and key regulations, if applicable. For SOX compliant roles, responsible for designing, executing, and documenting internal controls where they have been identified as owners to prevent errors in financial reporting, processes, and business operations. Including attestation to the completeness, accuracy, and compliance of all financial reporting data, where applicable.
