About the Role:

The Digital Content Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital content strategy and activation across multiple digital platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong customer experience vision, as well as the ability to efficiently and independently manage the activation from start to finish. The ideal candidate will also have a deep understanding of and experience in utilizing CMS tools.

What You’ll Do:

  • Content Strategy and Management:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive digital content strategies, utilizing content strategy tools, forms and visuals
    • Create, manage, and distribute reports on content performance, working with stakeholders to establish KPIs.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Communicate with internal stakeholders and clients to understand program needs and recommend appropriate content direction and assets.
    • Coordinate with Marketing, Design, Project, and Account teams to ensure timely delivery of assignments and adherence to submission deadlines.
    • Develop and present digital content strategies to clients and stakeholders.
  • Content Workflow and Quality:
    • Work with the LiveGuide product team to improve content workflows and usability and provide feedback for new feature development.
    • Screen video content to ensure alignment with brand standards and reformat video and image files as needed.
    • Identify opportunities to improve upload processes and drive greater utilization of customization tools for dealers
  • Content Standards and Compliance:
    • Establish and maintain DCI and client brand standards and guidelines for digital content.
    • Identify opportunities for improved tagging and tracking of content.
    • Manage content curation from internal teams and external partner agencies, including building playlists and digital media libraries.
  • Technical Coordination:
    • Manage content uploads for websites, video displays, and glance media playlists in CMS systems.
    • Work with QA and IT teams to ensure content accuracy and resolve technical issues.
    • Load and tag digital content to help increase SEO.
  • Innovation and New Business:
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve content strategies and activations.
    • Collaborate with the New Business team to identify opportunities to expand content management capabilities and support content needs for innovation concepts.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media Production or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in digital content management and deployment
  • Proven experience with content management systems (CMS), Adobe products and digital marketing tools
  • Strong understand of digital and physical retail experiences
  • Ability to think customer-first, with a strong understanding of digital trends
  • Excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
  • Strong facility with learning new digital systems and software
  • Ability to take ownership and problem-solve
  • Excellent communication skills; experience working with a remote team is a plus
