Who You Are:
You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated by executing work accurately and efficiently. You are comfortable managing recurring workflows, following established processes, and completing high-volume, deadline-driven work in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
This is an execution-focused role for someone looking to build a strong foundation in digital content and e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate is comfortable spending the majority of their time focused on hands-on site execution, quality assurance, documentation, and project coordination.
What You'll Do
- Execute approved digital content strategies across the Michael Kors and Michael Kors Outlet North America websites.
- Support the day-to-day execution of homepage updates, landing pages, navigation, promotions, seasonal campaigns, sale events, and other site content.
- Own the on-site execution of the Michael Kors Outlet promotional calendar, ensuring promotional messaging, creative, links, timing, and site placements are accurate.
- Translate approved strategies and direction into clear briefs, linking documents, tickets, trackers, and executional deliverables.
- Coordinate with Site Merchandising, Web Production, and other cross-functional partners to move content from briefing through launch.
- Perform detailed quality assurance before and after launches, identifying and escalating content, linking, messaging, and functionality issues.
- Maintain accurate content calendars, project trackers, process documentation, and other team resources.
- Support the execution of updates within third-party tools and platforms based on strategies and requirements established by the Digital Content & Experience Manager.
- Complete daily site walkthroughs and support ongoing site maintenance across Michael Kors and Michael Kors Outlet.
- Assist with gathering materials and performance data for seasonal recaps and leadership reviews.
You'll Need to Have
- 1+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital content, site operations, project coordination, or a retail-related field.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to manage repetitive, high-volume executional work while consistently meeting deadlines.
- Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to follow established processes, incorporate feedback, and escalate issues appropriately.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in the New York City office three days per week.
We'd Love to See:
- Experience with content-management, project-management, personalization, analytics, or e-commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Dynamic Yield, Contentsquare, Monday.com, Jira, or similar tools.
- Working knowledge of French and/or Spanish.
