We’re looking for a Learning Experience Designer - Video & Animation to join our Product Education team - someone who’s passionate about simplifying complex concepts through video, animation, and thoughtful instructional design.
In this role, you’ll turn educational ideas and product knowledge into engaging digital learning experiences. Whether it’s animating explainer videos, editing feature walkthroughs and demos, or creating visual assets for e-learning modules, your work will help thousands of learners better understand our products.
This role is not focused on marketing or promotional content - your audience is primarily customers, partners and internal sales and technical teams who need to learn how to start using and best utilize Infobip's products.
What will you do:
- Create interesting educational videos using animations to explain product features, workflows, or concepts in a clear and engaging way.
- Collaborate with Product Education Specialists and Subject Matter Experts to understand the content and translate it into visual stories.
- Storyboard, design, and produce digital learning assets (animations, screen recordings, visual graphics, interactive elements, infographics).
- Create multimedia content using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Figma, Canva or similar.
- Ensure consistency in tone, look, and instructional quality across all learning content aligned with our company brand guidlines.
- Use basic principles of instructional design to make content more understandable, memorable, and engaging.
- Adapt content for different formats (e-learning modules, microlearning, in-app help, LMS).
- Stay updated on trends in video-based learning, visual storytelling, and digital content creation.
- Manage multiple projects with varying timelines and collaborate across teams to meet content goals.
What you bring:
- Experience with video editing and animation tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Da Vinci Resolve, Final Cut, etc.).
- A strong eye for visual storytelling and design.
- Basic understanding of instructional or learning design principles.
- Ability to translate technical/product content into simple, learner-friendly visual content.
- Experience working with LMS or digital content platforms is a plus.
- Curiosity, creativity, and a learner-first mindset.
