Position Description
The Digital Commercial Reporting Analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support digital and commercial business performance. This role requires strong analytical, reporting, and Microsoft Excel skills to deliver accurate insights and support data-driven decision-making.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs for sales, digital operations, and commercial performance.
- Analyze sales, customer, operational, and financial data to identify trends and business insights.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, including pipeline, revenue, and transaction analysis.
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis activities.
- Work closely with the Power BI team to ensure reporting accuracy and data integrity.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with Digital, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams on reporting and analytics requirements.
Qualifications:
- At least 2–4 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or commercial/business analysis.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills is required.
- Experience in dashboards, KPI reporting, and reporting automation is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and analyze large datasets in a fast-paced environment.
- Amenable to work on a hybrid work set-up in Global One, Eastwood, QC and in Wilcon IT Hub, Makati (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH) and on a dayshift schedule
