• Job Overview:
The Digital Commerce Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing all aspects of online product or service sales. This includes developing strategies to attract visitors to the online store, enhancing the shopping experience on websites or apps, managing inventory, logistics, payment processing, and digital post-sale service. The ultimate goal is to maximize online sales and profitability.
• Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to increase traffic and sales on digital commerce platforms.
- Optimize user experience on e-commerce websites and applications to improve conversion rates.
- Manage coordination with marketing, IT, logistics, and other internal teams to ensure smooth online operations.
- Analyze sales data, website traffic, and KPIs to identify trends and implement improvements.
- Oversee inventory management and digital customer service processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Hard Skills:
- Knowledge and experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, WooCommerce, etc.
- Proficiency in data analysis and analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Excel.
- Basic understanding of SEO and SEM to improve search rankings and manage paid advertising campaigns.

- Customer orientation with a deep understanding of online customer needs and behaviors.
