We are seeking a Senior Director, Digital Change Leadership and Communications to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering enterprise‑wide transformation initiatives. This leader will partner across functions to drive adoption of digital capabilities, elevate organizational readiness, and ensure clear, consistent, and inspiring communications that enable change at scale. Sitting at the intersection of strategy, technology, and people, this role requires a strong blend of change leadership expertise, strategic storytelling, and data‑driven decision making.

You will work across regions, functions, and leadership teams to align stakeholders, build engagement, and accelerate business outcomes through effective change and communication strategies.

What You’ll Do for Us

1. Digital Change Strategy & Execution

  • Lead the design and execution of enterprise digital change strategies that enable successful adoption of new systems, platforms, and ways of working

  • Collaborate with digital, technology, and data teams to ensure communication and change approaches are integrated into product and platform delivery models

2. Strategic Communications & Storytelling

  • Develop integrated communication strategies that translate complex transformation initiatives into clear, compelling, and relevant messages for diverse audiences

  • Create and lead high‑impact storytelling that brings transformation journeys to life, reinforcing purpose, culture, and strategic priorities

  • Oversee governance and execution of enterprise communication channels, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with business priorities

3. Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership Alignment

  • Partner with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams to align on change priorities, build stakeholder commitment, and manage organizational impacts of transformation

4. Change Management Frameworks & Capability Building

  • Establish and scale change management frameworks, tools, and methodologies to drive consistency and effectiveness across initiatives

  • Guide leaders and teams through change by building capability in change leadership, communication excellence, and digital fluency

5. Insights, Adoption & Culture Enablement

  • Deliver data‑driven insights on change readiness, adoption, and engagement, using analytics to continuously optimize strategies and outcomes

  • Foster a culture of inclusion, transparency, and continuous learning, ensuring all employees feel informed, engaged, and empowered during change

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred

  • 12+ years of experience in change management, communications, transformation, or related disciplines within complex global organizations

  • Proven experience leading large‑scale digital transformation or enterprise change initiatives

  • Strong strategic communication skills, with the ability to craft and deliver compelling narratives across multiple channels and audiences

  • Expertise in change management methodologies and frameworks, with demonstrated ability to drive measurable adoption outcomes

  • Advanced digital and data literacy, including experience leveraging analytics, dashboards, and insights to inform decision making

  • Familiarity with artificial intelligence and emerging technologies and their impact on workforce, communication, and organizational change

  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders in a matrixed global environment

  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect transformation initiatives to enterprise strategy and value creation
