The Supply Network Operations Digital Capability Senior Manager is a role needing both digital skills and acumen as well as strong project management to lead programs from conception to full regional adoption across all P&Gs products. Lead the touchless flow journey leveraging digital technologies to improve our business processes and enable our teams to work more efficiently!

Supply Network Operations Digital Capability Senior Managers will be responsible for identifying and leading developments of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, and products, while eliminating losses and inefficiencies for improved flow through our E2E supply chain. They support the daily activities within supply network planning, and build long term capability into their area, systems, and people.
Daily work could encompass any of the following:
- Identifying, prioritizing, analyzing, and eliminating losses and inefficiencies through digital systems
- Design development standards
- Lead start-up and rollout of new systems
- Collaborating with technical experts, other functions, and manufacturing/warehousing sites to create the best solutions
- Partnering with data scientists to design the logic for algorithms
- Creating learning programs and coaching and training others
Job Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor or Master's degree in: Information Systems, Computer Science, Physical Sciences (Physics, Chemistry etc) or Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical and Industrial).
Required Skills and Experience for the Role:
- At least 7 years experience
- Experience in leading teams to develop new solutions for real life problems
- Exceptional project management skills
- Familiarity with digital programming languages and tools such as SQL, Python, PowerBI, Tableau, and KNIME.
- The ability to problem solve and collaborate in teams
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and eager to learn new skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, time management, and analytical skills
- Previous experience of warehousing or supply chain, preferred
Pay Range: $105,000 - $145,000
Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of equal opportunity factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skills, and level of experience.
