The Campaign & Demand Generation Manager, LSIG plays a pivotal role in unifying Life Science Innovation Group (LSIG) operating companies under a common vision of accelerating drug development processes by driving innovation and showcasing the collective impact of Danaher Life Science solutions in the Biopharmaceutical industry.

Requirements for this position:

The ideal candidate for the Campaign Manager role should be passionate about the buyer's journey and continually push the creative envelope. This individual should be a results-oriented, data driven storyteller. The Campaign Manager will design and execute integrated marketing campaigns that span the full buyer's journey, providing insights through content to prospective buyers, and develop and execute a digital experience strategy that creates a cohesive content-rich eco system. The candidate should showcase a demonstrated ability to foster connections across diverse organizations and manage complex projects. Effective interpersonal and communication skills are essential for fostering collaboration across Danaher Operating Company Marketing Groups, while simultaneously building strong internal and external relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and digital initiatives to showcase the impact of cross operating company Life Science solutions in alignment with LSIG goals and objectives. Ensure marketing efforts effectively communicate the LSIG value proposition and resonate with the target audience.
  • Generate traceable leads and funnel opportunities to drive market share growth.
  • Measure and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital and campaign execution, providing recommendations for growth opportunities based on the analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with LSIG's digital services on website development and deployment, and foster partnerships with Life Sciences Operating Company Demand Generation teams, as well as key stakeholders in digital, global Key Account Management, events, and LS OpCo business units.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the target market segment and key personas through Voice of Customer (VOC) and market research.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in field with 7+ years of experience, or Master's degree in field with 5+ years, or Doctoral degree in field with 2+ years.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Regulated industry experience preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience with marketing automation and email campaign management.
  • 3+ years of B2B digital marketing, messaging, content development, customer journey experience.

The salary range for this role is $135,000 - $150,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
