Is this the role for you?
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops to identify and shape automation opportunities
- Design and deliver end-to-end digital automation solutions, from requirements through to implementation and BAU handover
- Conduct implementations, configuration, training, and commissioning, with a focus on remote delivery capability where possible
- Manage professional services delivery, including utilisation and billing for consulting services
- Develop solution architectures, Statements of Work, and cost estimates
- Support pre-sales activities, including RFx responses, client presentations, and solution demonstrations
- Deliver implementations, configuration, training, and commissioning of solutions
- Build strong, trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Skills & Experience
- We are seeking a consultant with strong experience across digital workflow and automation technologies, including:
- Nintex suite (Process Manager, Workflow, Forms, K2)
- SharePoint consulting, including configuration and migrations
- Experience in Intelligent Capture Solutions (ABBYY FlexiCapture or similar is preferred)
- Broad experience across workflow automation, BPM, RPA, and content management solutions
You will also bring:
- Proven experience leading discovery, design, and implementation engagements
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical, scalable solutions
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
