Is this the role for you?
The Opportunity
As a Digital Automation Consultant, you will design and deliver end-to-end workflow and automation solutions for our customers. Working closely with our Sales and Pre-Sales teams delivery, you will lead discovery, define solution architectures, and implement scalable digital solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops to identify and shape automation opportunities
- Design and deliver end-to-end digital automation solutions, from requirements through to implementation and BAU handover
- Conduct implementations, configuration, training, and commissioning, with a focus on remote delivery capability where possible
- Manage professional services delivery, including utilisation and billing for consulting services
- Develop solution architectures, Statements of Work, and cost estimates
- Support pre-sales activities, including RFx responses, client presentations, and solution demonstrations
- Deliver implementations, configuration, training, and commissioning of solutions
- Build strong, trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

Skills & Experience
We are seeking experience across the following technologies and capabilities:
- Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages)
- SharePoint migrations and optimisation
- Systems integration across enterprise platforms
- Electroneek (RPA)
- Experience in Intelligent Capture Solutions (ABBYY FlexiCapture or similar is preferred)
You will also demonstrate:
- Experience delivering end-to-end automation and workflow solutions
- Strong capability in requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation
- Exposure to pre-sales activities including demonstrations and solutioning
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
