• HSTS, SSL hardening, vulnerability scanners, audit documentation
• IBM API CONNECT: API security policies, DataPower gateway, REST/SOAP APIs, SSL/TLS, environment promotion
• IBM APP CONNECT: IBM ACE, ESQL, message flows, REST/SOAP services, integration troubleshooting
• IBM MQ: Queue manager HA, channel security, SSL/TLS, message tracking, Linux administration
• CP4I: OpenShift, operators, integration platforms, DevOps pipelines, platform patching
• CP4D: OpenShift, platform administration, storage integration, IAM, service monitoring
• IBM Data Power: Multi-Protocol Gateway, XML/JSON processing, AAA policies, certificate management, API security
• Redis: Preferred Skills Redis cluster, persistence, failover, performance tuning, client connectivity troubleshooting
• RedHat Linux and Apache
• Support, monitor, and troubleshoot services and logs for servers and applications
• Shell scripting
• Patching and hardening of OS and Applications
• Manage deployments, configuration changes, incident handling, and performance tuning across channels
• Ensure high availability and best system performance
• Comply with defined SLAs from all perspectives (Operations, Security Policies and Audit Findings)
• Maintaining a replicated system in Disaster Recovery for Business Continuity
Experience Required:6-8 years of experience
Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)
Skills Required
- 6–8 years of professional experience
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm charts, and DevOps pipelines using Jenkins or GitLab
- Experience with IBM App Connect Enterprise, IBM API Connect, IBM MQ, IBM DataPower, CP4I, and CP4D
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, API gateways, message brokers, and integration troubleshooting
- Experience with OpenShift, Red Hat Linux, Apache, shell scripting, and Linux administration
- Experience with monitoring tools including Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or ELK Stack
- Knowledge of SSL/TLS, HSTS, API security policies, certificate management, vulnerability scanning, and application hardening
- Experience with patching, deployment management, incident handling, performance tuning, high availability, and disaster recovery
- Knowledge of ITIL processes, SLAs, security policies, and audit documentation
- Redis cluster, persistence, failover, performance tuning, and client connectivity troubleshooting
