YOUR JOB:
As a Paid Advertising Specialist, you will own the performance and optimization of our paid advertising campaigns, directly contributing to patient enrollment across clinical trials.

This is not a set-and-forget role. You’ll continuously analyze, optimize, and refine campaigns to drive measurable results.

You’ll primarily work within Meta (Facebook/Instagram), while also leveraging other platforms such as Google, TikTok, Craigslist, or programmatic channels where relevant.

You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Client Success, Tech, and Recruitment to ensure campaigns are aligned with study goals and continuously improving performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Developing and executing high-performing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Monitoring performance and making data-driven optimizations to improve ROI
  • Analyzing campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities
  • Managing budgets effectively to maximize results
  • Optimizing middle-of-funnel performance (landing pages, forms, and conversion flows)
  • Staying up to date with platform changes, trends, and best practices
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with campaign and study objectives

YOU’RE A STRONG FIT IF YOU BRING:

  • Paid Advertising Expertise – Proven experience managing and optimizing paid campaigns, with strong Meta (Facebook/Instagram) performance skills; experience with other platforms is a plus

  • Analytical Strength – You’re comfortable working with data, identifying patterns, and making informed optimization decisions
