Digital Advertising Specialist
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Advertising Specialist to join our growing team. This is a remote position based in Manila and will focus on managing digital advertising campaigns in the Americas across a wide variety of platforms to support Pax8 campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in general advertising practices, with a keen eye for data analysis and campaign optimization. Experience with platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, Reddit, Facebook, etc. is highly preferred, though we will be providing comprehensive training specific to the Pax8 platforms covered.
You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring successful ad placements, optimizing media buys, and maximizing the impact of our campaigns across multiple channels. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Media Operations Strategist to ensure campaigns are set up on time and achieve the desired outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ad Campaign Management: Set up and configure paid media campaigns across a variety of digital platforms, which could include Google Ads, LinkedIn, Reddit, Facebook, Podcast networks, and Connected TV (CTV). This includes uploading target audiences, budget allocation, and ad creatives according to campaign specifications, while collaborating with the US team for quality assurance (QA) review.
Campaign Performance Monitoring & Recommendations: Continuously monitor campaign performance across all platforms, keeping a close eye on key metrics. Proactively analyze results and present data-driven recommendations to the US-based team for performance improvements, creative optimizations, and adjustments to ad placements to maximize CTR and ROI.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign data regularly and provide insightful reporting on campaign performance, including metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, cost-per-click, cost-per-conversion, and more.
Training & Platform Mastery: Participate in ongoing ad platform training, with a focus on Pax8 campaign design, to ensure proficiency and success in the ad execution. Keep up-to-date with platform changes, best practices, and new features.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all ad content adheres to quality standards, is compliant with advertising guidelines, and maintains consistency in messaging across platforms.
Communication: Maintain clear and timely communication with the US-based marketing team and any other key stakeholders. Work collaboratively to meet project deadlines and campaign milestones.
Lead Enrichment: work closely with Demand Gen Specialist on enriching and validating lead data to ensure quality.
Consistently seeking opportunities for innovation and testing to maintain the Pax8 brand as leaders in go to market levers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience managing paid media campaigns, ideally in B2B or performance marketing
Hands-on expertise in platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Reddit, Google search, etc.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Detail-oriented, self-starter, and team player.
