Hearst Television is seeking a Product Manager. The Product Manager plays a critical role in developing and scaling Hearst Television’s core digital ad products across OTT, OLV, Display, Streaming Audio, and O&O. Reporting to the Vice President, Advanced Advertising, the PM help inform product roadmaps, supports go-to-market planning, and enables sales through training and tools. This role works closely with Sales, Ad Ops, and Engineering to ensure product success and revenue impact.
This role requires in-office presence. Candidates may be considered for this role at any Hearst Television location.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and execute roadmap for a specific product category or categories (OTT, OLV, Display, Streaming Audio, and/or O&O)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to help define features, pricing, and competitive positioning
- Develop sales materials, positioning documents, and use-case collateral, in partnership with Product Marketing
- Track adoption, performance, and user feedback to inform iterations in the product development flywheel
- Support GTM execution for product launches and enhancements
- Partner with Ad Ops on implementation requirements and workflows
- Gather feedback from advertisers and sales to influence roadmap
- Enable sales through playbooks, product briefs, and training sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media or related field
- 2+ years experience in digital media, ad tech, or product marketing
- Knowledge of OTT/CTV ecosystem and advertising technologies
- Ability to translate strategy into tactical deliverables
- Experience with roadmap development and go-to-market support
- Strong collaboration and communication skills

Compensation
The estimated base salary range for this role is between $85,000 and $110,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as transferable skills, work experience, business needs, market demands and conditions, including geographic location where the work will be performed, and other factors permitted by law. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
