About the role:

The Digital Advertising & Partnerships Coordinator plays a key role in supporting and growing the LIV's commercial partnerships, sponsorships and advertising portfolio. This position combines business development, advertising sales, sponsorship coordination and commercial administration to support revenue growth and deliver exceptional partner experiences. Working closely with a range of internal stakeholders, you will identify advertising opportunities across LIV digital and print channels, coordinate sponsorship and partnership benefits, support events and campaigns, and contribute to the delivery of high-value commercial outcomes. This role is ideal for a commercially minded and proactive professional who enjoys building relationships, managing multiple priorities and delivering outstanding service.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Identify, prospect and develop advertising and commercial partnership opportunities across LIV digital and print channels, managing opportunities from initial enquiry through to proposal, booking and fulfilment.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, proactively following up leads, developing tailored commercial solutions and identifying cross-sell, upsell and revenue growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate sponsorship and partnership benefits, support sponsor acquisition and renewals, and assist in identifying opportunities for long-term partnership growth and retention.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, sponsor briefings, partnership documentation and post-campaign reports to support commercial activities and stakeholder engagement.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for LIV events, including coordinating logistics, registrations, speaker communications, venue liaison and sponsor requirements.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activity, client information, revenue forecasts and commercial documentation, ensuring data integrity and timely reporting.
  • Monitor partner satisfaction, campaign performance and commercial outcomes, providing insights and recommendations to support continuous improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure commercial commitments, partnership benefits and event deliverables are executed to a high standard.

To be considered for this role, you will demonstrate: 

  • Experience in advertising sales, business development, sponsorship, partnerships, events or a similar client-facing role.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to engage confidently with clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to prepare professional proposals and reports.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate records and reporting.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to identify growth, renewal and partnership opportunities.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and confidence working with digital platforms and event technologies.
