Lead LIV’s commercial partnerships portfolio by identifying and securing sponsorship, advertising, and strategic partnership opportunities. Build and retain long-term corporate relationships, develop tailored commercial solutions, negotiate agreements, manage the sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and monitor partnership performance. Collaborate with internal stakeholders across events, education, publications, digital channels, and member programs to deliver partner value and sustainable revenue growth.

Supports advertising sales, commercial partnerships, sponsorships, and events for a legal membership organisation. Responsibilities include prospecting opportunities, managing sales pipelines, preparing proposals, coordinating sponsor benefits, supporting event logistics, maintaining CRM records, tracking forecasts, and reporting campaign performance. The role requires strong relationship-building, communication, organisation, commercial awareness, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, digital platforms, and event technologies.

Leads the organisation’s technology strategy, digital transformation, enterprise platforms, IT operations, security, infrastructure, integrations, and member-facing digital experiences. Oversees CRM, CMS, CPD, cloud, data, and core business systems while managing internal teams and external providers. Partners with senior leaders to improve service delivery, organisational resilience, data use, and technology-enabled member experiences.

Coordinate governance, stakeholder relationships, member engagement, professional development programs, networking opportunities, communications, and flagship events for the Emerging Lawyers Section. Support volunteer committees, universities, PLT providers, employer partners, and legal profession initiatives while contributing to membership growth, retention, and engagement.
