Role Overview
The Digital Adoption Specialist will lead initiatives to enhance user experience and system adoption using WalkMe. This role will involve designing and implementing in-app guidance, training content, and engagement strategies to ensure successful adoption of enterprise process and associated applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and deploy WalkMe content (walkthroughs, smart tips, launchers, announcements, surveys/task lists) for targeted user journeys.
- Create micro-learning content: in-app guides, tooltips, workflows, simulations, and self-help aligned to process standards.
- Ensure consistency in content patterns, terminology, and user-centric design.
- Align adoption strategy with change, communications, and training plans; support go-lives and post go-live stabilization.
- Gather requirements, prioritize backlog, and drive stakeholder sign-off for content accuracy.
- Track adoption analytics (engagement, completion, drop-offs, repeat usage) and continuously optimize content.
- Troubleshoot WalkMe behavior/content issues; coordinate fixes with platform admins/IT.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (IT/Design & Visual Communications/Engineering/Business or related).
- 2+ years’ experience in Digital Adoption / UX enablement / Product enablement / Training enablement roles.
- Hands-on WalkMe build experience (or similar DAP) in ERP systems (SAP, Salesforce, Workday).
- Strong UX writing, content design, and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to work in shift to support US business (No night shift required)
Preferred / Good to Have
- WalkMe Digital Adoption Certification
- Prosci (or similar) Change Management certification
- Exposure to ServiceNow/Jira ticket insights, A/B testing, or adoption dashboards
