OUR TEAM
Infillion Catalina seeks an Intermediate Digital Ad Operations Specialist to join our dynamic cross-functional team. The Intermediate Digital Ad Operations Specialist reports to the Manager of Digital Ad Operations. This role is responsible for making real-time media investment decisions to drive client campaign performance and returns on ad spend. The team manages multi-million-dollar budgets, ensuring the right message is delivered to the right consumer at the right time.
This key team member will need to be comfortable working on multiple accounts across various DSPs, and be a stickler for organization. The Intermediate Ad Ops Specialist will act as the first escalation point for the more junior team members and cross functional stakeholders, while performing deep dives into performance/margin improvement. Main duties will involve trafficking online ads, including programmatic campaigns, managing programs against KPIs through daily optimization, margin management, and reporting.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Ensure timely trafficking of all banner, video, native, and rich media units across mobile, desktop, and CTV advertising campaigns
Standard compliance and quality check of all setup deliverables, including creatives and tags
Maintain strong troubleshooting (QA) expertise at the campaign, line item, and creative level
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support performance solutions for each client
Ensure all client delivery restrictions are followed
Support the targeting and media strategy of assigned advertiser accounts
Apply RTB buying strategies, optimization algorithms, data visualization, and best practices across multiple platforms
Proactively make recommendations to teams and consult on media restrictions to provide an understanding of the client on the levers that influence the delivery of Success Metrics
Deliver all campaigns in full and on time, meeting or exceeding client performance benchmarks • Maintain margin goals
Delivery of campaigns against the goal
Performance against client KPIs
Serve as a mentor/guide to more junior team members
Participate in digital product testing and workflow enhancement processes
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
3+ years of online work experience – preferably experience from a programmatic vendor or agency
Bachelor’s degree (major areas of focus: media, marketing, or IT preferred)
Understanding patterns, statistics, and probabilities to discover new opportunities
Customer service experience
Knowledge of the internet and its commercial/marketing benefits
Strong analytical, sales, and written skills
Well-developed communication and presentation skills
Effective client management skills with a strong customer focus
Advanced computer skills (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and internet)
Outstanding troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Experience with HTML, JavaScript, Flash Action Script, video, and other various forms of rich media online creative formats and related code preferred
Working knowledge of Rich Media/third-party ad server vendors such as DFA, Flashtalking, Sizmek, DCM, Pointroll, etc.
Ability to work with a wide range of people at all decision-making levels
Excellent planning and organization discipline
Results /goal-oriented
AI experience preferred
