Client-facing technical support lead for Infillion’s ad tech platform handling L1/L2 case resolution, campaign setup QA, integration testing, documentation, incident management, partner testing, and tooling to improve client trafficking and automation while collaborating with product and internal teams.

Manage and grow assigned retailer accounts by executing commercial strategies, prospecting and securing meetings, developing marketing action plans, and collaborating with Customer Success. Act as client partner, deploy and optimize local activation campaigns, analyze campaign performance, and contribute to cross-functional projects to drive retailer revenue.

Manage and grow enterprise client relationships across programmatic and managed service media solutions. Lead onboarding, campaign activation, optimization, reporting, and renewals. Serve as primary client contact and escalation point, coordinate cross-functional teams, analyze performance, drive adoption, and identify upsell opportunities while improving internal processes.

Provide client-facing Level 1 technical support for MediaMath and other Infillion platforms. Troubleshoot campaign setup, creative trafficking, tag/tracker QA, data onboarding, reporting discrepancies, and campaign activation. Produce documentation, collaborate with product owners to resolve issues, and identify automation opportunities to improve client experience and team processes.
