We're Looking For A(n): Digital Acquisition Marketing Intern
Location: Remote
What You'll Be Doing: The mission for the Digital Acquisition Marketing intern, is to assist in executing and optimizing data-driven digital acquisition campaigns. This internship offers hands-on experience in digital marketing, analytics, and campaign strategy while working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Campaign Support: Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across paid search, social media advertising, display advertising, and other relevant channels.
Content Coordination: Collaborate with the content marketing team to ensure landing pages and marketing materials are optimized for conversions and aligned with campaign goals.
A/B Testing & Optimization: Help conduct A/B tests to analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and support optimization efforts to improve return on ad spend (ROAS).
Data Analyst: Gather and analyze marketing data to understand customer behavior and campaign effectiveness, leveraging insights to enhance performance.
Reporting & Recommendations: Assist in generating reports on key performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for improving acquisition strategies.

  • Keen interest in digital acquisition channels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a team-oriented environment.
  • Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced setting.

Required Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Required Experience: 0-1 year Digital Marketing experience with basic familiarity in Acquisition Marketing.
Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
Preferred Experience:
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms.
  • Familiarity in online direct-to-consumer marketing.
  • Familiarity working in SalesForce CRM.
  • Familiarity with A/B Testing.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CCS & Adobe Premiere.
  • Basic experience in spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel and Google Docs).

The base salary range is $17-$20.
The posted salary range in this job posting reflects data based on California's cost of labor analysis. This salary range is subject to change per state; please click here to find the pay differential in your state of residence if the role is remote"
