As a Digital Account Executive, you will be the Growth Architect for a portfolio of Corporate customers within Small, Medium Enterprises & Channel (SME&C). You will help customers accelerate their AI and digital transformation by connecting their business priorities with Microsoft Cloud, Security, Data, AI, Modern Work, and Business Applications solutions.
You will build trusted relationships with business and technology decision makers, create new growth opportunities, and orchestrate Microsoft teams and partners across the customer lifecycle. Using AI-powered insights, digital engagement, and consultative selling, you will drive customer value, revenue growth, consumption, expansion, and renewal outcomes.

Responsibilities
Customer Strategy and Business Leadership
Develop and execute territory and account growth plans aligned to customer business priorities.
Build trusted-advisor relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders.
Lead business-outcome conversations focused on AI transformation, productivity, security, and innovation.
Identify whitespace opportunities and accelerate customer digital transformation initiatives.
Sales Execution and Pipeline Management
Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle, including qualification, pursuit, closing, deployment, consumption, expansion, and renewal.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline, apply sales discipline, and provide accurate forecasts.
Drive growth across Microsoft solution areas, including Cloud, Security, Modern Work, Data & AI, and Business Applications.
Use AI-powered sales tools, customer signals, and insights to prioritise opportunities and improve outcomes.
Customer Value Realisation
Help customers achieve measurable business value from their Microsoft investments.
Drive adoption, consumption, and expansion motions that improve customer outcomes.
Monitor progress, address risks, and identify opportunities to increase value realisation.
Collaboration and Partner Orchestration
Orchestrate Microsoft specialists, customer success teams, marketing, technical stakeholders, and partner resources.
Develop partner-led growth motions that scale customer engagement and accelerate solution adoption.
Create clarity across stakeholders and maintain accountability for successful customer outcomes.
Operational Excellence
Maintain disciplined account planning, pipeline hygiene, forecast accuracy, and CRM excellence.
Use territory planning and business reviews to identify risks, priorities, and growth opportunities.
Contribute to team readiness, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, Economics, or a related field and relevant experience in sales, business development, account management, or another customer-facing role; or
Significant experience in sales, account management, customer success, business development, or technology solution selling; or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in Czech / Slovakian
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling cloud, SaaS, cybersecurity, AI, data, analytics, productivity, or digital transformation solutions.
Experience managing a portfolio of corporate or mid-market customers and developing territory or account plans.
Ability to engage business decision makers, technology leaders, and executive stakeholders.
Knowledge of Microsoft's commercial cloud portfolio, including Microsoft 365, Security, Azure, Copilot, and Business Applications.
Experience working with partner ecosystems and partner-led or indirect sales motions.
Ability to use data and customer insights to prioritise opportunities and make decisions.
Ability to manage multiple opportunities and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills
Digital Account Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across Ireland is € 49,200.00 - € 71,400.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.

Digital Account Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across Spain is € 38,000.00 - € 59,700.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
