About the job:- Own and optimize Diffusion processes. Maintain SPC performance and achieve process capability targets.（30%）
- Lead process troubleshooting, excursion investigation and MRB activities. Drive corrective and preventive actions.（20%）
- Drive Line Yield and PFY improvement through statistical analysis, DOE execution and process optimization.（20%）
- Lead cost reduction projects including consumable optimization, cycle time reduction and equipment utilization improvement.（20%）
