Silver Foxes Senior Living & Rehabilitation is seeking a dependable and experienced Dietary Manager to lead our dietary department. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in senior care, leading a team, and ensuring residents receive nutritious, enjoyable meals in a clean and welcoming environment.
As Dietary Manager, you’ll play an important role in both the daily operation of the department and the overall experience of our residents.
Compensation$18.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience

Oversee the daily operations of the dietary department
-
Supervise, schedule, and support dietary staff
-
Ensure meals are prepared and served according to resident needs and dietary requirements
-
Maintain proper food safety, sanitation, and infection-control standards
-
Monitor food inventory and assist with ordering and cost control
-
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
-
Work closely with nursing and other departments regarding resident dietary needs
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen and dietary department
-
Assist with meal preparation and service when needed
-
Must be 18 years of age or older
-
Previous dietary, food service, or healthcare experience preferred
-
Dietary management or supervisory experience preferred

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
