Compensation

  • $16.00 – $16.50 per hour (based on experience)
  • Same Day Pay for all employees

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist with meal preparation, setup, service, and cleanup
  • Serve residents with a friendly, respectful, and positive attitude
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in dining areas and kitchen spaces
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to support timely meal service
  • Collaborate with dietary and care teams to meet residents’ needs
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection control guidelines
  • Help create a warm, welcoming dining experience our residents look forward to

Qualifications

Part Time and PRN HoursSchedule:12p-8p Every-other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday)Candidates must be 17 years of age or older to applyAbility to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accomodation.


Located in the heart of Howard County, MD, Lorien Columbia is proud to be the flagship location of Lorien Health Services and has been serving the community since 1977. Our facility offers a full range of services, including skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and outpatient therapy, and is home to the only Korean nursing unit in Howard County. 

With 215 beds across five nursing units — and plans to expand with a new unit — Lorien Columbia continues to grow while staying true to its mission of providing exceptional care.

Skills Required
