Position SummaryAs a Dietary Aide, you will help prepare and produce meals in accordance with food safety regulations and individual dietary needs. You will also assist with maintaining a clean, organized kitchen and support additional tasks within the dietary department as needed.
Compensation and Benefits- Starting pay of $14 per hour, depending on experience
- Additional $4 per hour for weekend hours
- Additional $2 per hour if a teammate opts out of benefits
- Benefits, including medical coverage and PTO, begin after 30 days

What We Do
Lutheran Services Carolinas (LSC) is a faith-based, non-profit health and human services organization serving children, families, and seniors in North and South Carolina. LSC provides a comprehensive array of services, including senior residential options (independent, assisted, and skilled nursing care), foster care, adoption, mental health services, refugee resettlement through its New Americans Program, and residential care for individuals with disabilities.
