The Dietary Aide is responsible for complete preparation and distribution of patient and employee meals. Duties include, but are not limited to, delivering patient trays, assisting Cook with preparing meals mainly on grill and fryer for cafe service, performing cash register transactions, and assisting with grocery deliveries. Staff must have complete knowledge in all areas of the kitchen and be prepared to perform all duties as requested by the Dietary Site Manager.

Compensation
Hourly Wage Range: $16.82-$21.53/hour Please note that final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications and internal equity considerations.

- Education/Special Skills: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. ServSafe certification or MN Department of Health Food Manager’s certificate preferred or willingness to successfully complete ServSafe certification course. Six (6) months related experience preferred. Ability to follow oral and written instructions accurately. Ability to interact with patients, physicians, employees, and guests.
