📌 What We’re Looking For: Product Analyst
What You Will Do:
- Assist in managing the full product lifecycle of user support features like Chatbot and Help Center, from discovery to release and monitoring.
- Analyze user behavior, feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement or new initiatives.
- Support in writing clear and structured Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to define intuitive and effective user experiences.
- Work closely with business, legal, and compliance, and any other departments/teams to ensure accuracy, alignment, and regulatory compliance.
- Track product performance using data and user insights, and suggest optimizations to enhance support efficiency and user satisfaction.
- Support go-to-market (GTM) activities in collaboration with marketing, customer service, and operations teams.
- Actively participate in sprint ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, reviews, retrospectives).
What You Will Need:
- 2–3 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Project Management, or related roles (internship experience counts!).
- Experience in Chatbot, Help Center, or Complaint Handling features is a strong plus.
- Based in Jakarta (office presence required).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable with data, research, and A/B testing fundamentals.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive, curious, and ambitious — ready to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
