- Strong understanding of utility mapping, building systems, and construction documentation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, ESRI GIS, and related drafting or spatial data tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate, organized digital records.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
