Job Description
- Shipping and Receiving Document Management: () Manage and process shipping and receiving documents, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and properly filed. - Data Recording and Maintenance: () Record and maintain accurate data of logistics transactions in the system. () Ensure up-to-date inventory records and assist in data management. - Coordination with the Warehouse Team: () Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure goods are received and shipped according to schedule. () Manage and distribute logistics-related documents to the warehouse team and drivers. - Report Preparation: () Assist in the preparation of reports related to logistics activities, such as shipment reports, goods received, and stock movements. () Monitor the status of shipments and report any delays or operational issues. - Communication with Suppliers and Customers: () Communicate with suppliers and customers regarding shipping documents, shipment status, and ensure that goods are received as ordered. - Logistics System Management: () Enter and update data in logistics management systems or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software. () Ensure the information in the system is accurate and complies with company procedures. - Manajemen Dokumen Pengiriman dan Penerimaan: () Mengelola dan memproses dokumen pengiriman dan penerimaan, memastikan semua dokumen akurat dan tersimpan dengan baik. - Pencatatan dan Pemeliharaan Data: () Mencatat dan memelihara data transaksi logistik yang akurat dalam sistem. () Memastikan catatan inventaris selalu terbaru dan membantu dalam manajemen data. - Koordinasi dengan Tim Gudang: () Berkoordinasi dengan tim gudang untuk memastikan barang diterima dan dikirim sesuai jadwal. () Mengelola dan mendistribusikan dokumen terkait logistik kepada tim gudang dan pengemudi. - Persiapan Laporan: () Membantu dalam persiapan laporan terkait aktivitas logistik, seperti laporan pengiriman, barang yang diterima, dan pergerakan stok. () Memantau status pengiriman dan melaporkan setiap keterlambatan atau masalah operasional. - Komunikasi dengan Pemasok dan Pelanggan: () Berkomunikasi dengan pemasok dan pelanggan mengenai dokumen pengiriman, status pengiriman, dan memastikan barang diterima sesuai pesanan. - Manajemen Sistem Logistik: () Memasukkan dan memperbarui data dalam sistem manajemen logistik atau perangkat lunak Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
