Collaborate with the L2/L3 service desk teams to learn about any new technical solutions they’ve built to see if we can re-imagine them as proactive or preventative solutions in Nexthink.
Leverage actionable insights and intelligence to understand causes of digital friction.
Act on insights in the form of automated self-healing and API‑based integrations, working with engineering teams to expand platform value.
Analyze insights to understand digital friction drivers and engineer targeted solutions.
Participate in major incident management processes to investigate, diagnose, and remediate technology outages.
Integrate Nexthink into various IT processes (e.g., ITSM, SecOps, DevOps, IT operations management, IT asset management, etc.) to improve quality and stability of technology and services.
Measure and set business outcomes, KPIs, experience-level agreements (XLAs) and objectives and key results (OKRs).
Use Nexthink to promote workforce digital dexterity, like the elimination of administrative overhead with automation.
Stay up to date on Nexthink engineering and platform best practices.
What you Will Do
Engineer and deliver Nexthink-powered remediation for end user computing issues.
Operationalize use cases, converting insights into automated or guided actions.
Own creation of self-healing, automated flows, and large-scale remediations.
Perform deep root cause analysis and develop custom scripts and configurations.
Integrate Nexthink into broader IT operational processes and automation layers.
Monitor experience performance, adoption, and improvement trends.
Actively participate in incident and major incident response.
Define, track, and communicate measurable business outcomes.
What you Will Bring

3+ years supporting enterprise IT environments (EUC, endpoint engineering, service desk, etc.).
Strong EUC engineering and/or L3 troubleshooting background.
Experience designing and building technical solutions from scratch in Nexthink.
Strong scripting experience in PowerShell, Bash, and/or Python.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to identify patterns, causes, and optimal Nexthink solutions and remediations.
