DevSecOps Platform Engineer

As a DevSecOps Platform Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and operating modern software delivery platforms that enable development teams to ship high-quality products securely and efficiently. You will work at the intersection of software engineering, security, and cloud technologies, driving automation and promoting best practices across multiple projects.

Your role
In this position, you will design, implement, and continuously improve secure CI/CD pipelines supporting software development teams throughout the entire delivery lifecycle. You will integrate security controls directly into engineering workflows, ensuring that applications are built, tested, scanned, and deployed in a reliable and automated manner.
You will collaborate closely with developers, architects, and security specialists to enhance developer experience while maintaining high security and compliance standards. Your daily work will include troubleshooting pipeline issues, improving platform reliability, and introducing reusable solutions that accelerate software delivery.
 

What you’ll do:

• Design and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and related DevOps tools

• Integrate security scanning solutions such as Coverity, Black Duck, Trivy, SonarQube, or equivalent technologies

• Automate build, test, security validation, artifact publishing, and deployment processes

• Manage source code repositories, branching strategies, pull request validations, and repository governance

• Administer artifact repositories, including JFrog Artifactory or similar platforms

• Implement security controls for secrets management, software dependencies, containers, and infrastructure

• Support and optimize cloud-based DevSecOps environments in AWS, Azure, or comparable cloud platforms

• Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot failures, and drive continuous improvements

• Promote reusable workflows, engineering standards, and secure development practices across teams

Your background 

• Experience working with CI/CD platforms and Infrastructure as Code approaches

• Strong understanding of secure software development and DevSecOps principles

• Knowledge of source code management, security scanning, and artifact management solutions

• Familiarity with cloud technologies and containerized environments

• Problem-solving mindset with a passion for automation and operational excellence

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and globally distributed teams
