Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevSecOps Managing Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will lead and manage DevSecOps projects, providing strategic guidance and technical expertise to our clients. You will work closely with development, operations, and security teams to integrate security practices into the software development lifecycle, ensuring robust and secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage DevSecOps projects, from planning to implementation, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
• Provide strategic guidance to clients on DevSecOps best practices, methodologies, and tools.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines.
• Conduct security assessments and audits, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending mitigation strategies.
• Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Implement and manage security tools and technologies, such as SIEM, vulnerability scanners, and automated testing frameworks.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance clients' understanding of DevSecOps practices.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in DevSecOps and cybersecurity.
• Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a DevSecOps consultant or in a similar role, with a strong focus on security.
• In-depth knowledge of DevOps practices, tools, and technologies (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform).
• Strong understanding of security principles, frameworks, and standards (e.g., OWASP, NIST, ISO 27001).
• Hands-on experience with security tools and technologies (e.g., SIEM, vulnerability scanners, automated testing frameworks).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, AWS Certified Security) are a plus.
