- Learn and update yourself on upcoming DevOps tools and technologies, staying current with industry trends and emerging solutions like ArgoCD, FluxCD, and FinOps tooling.
- Champion containerization and orchestration best practices using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm to drive standardization and scalability.
- Integrate Ericsson CI/CD developer tools (e.g., SWPS common assets) and services into the DevOps ecosystem to streamline delivery and compliance.
- Implement advanced monitoring, logging, and observability solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, and similar tools to enhance system reliability.
- Identify inefficiencies and gaps in DevOps processes, proactively automating manual workflows to improve efficiency, security, and scalability.
- Ensure CI/CD processes adhere to security, compliance, and governance standards.
- Track and report on key performance indicators such as deployment frequency, lead time, and change failure rate.
- Provide training, documentation, and support to enable new team members in adopting CI/CD practices and tools.
- Collaborate and support DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, automation, and cross-team collaboration.
- Contribute to architecture reviews and governance to ensure alignment with organizational standards and cloud-native principles.
What you will bring:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Software/Telecom, including over 4 years leading DevOps engineering initiatives at scale.
- Strong understanding of DevSecOps and integrating security throughout the CI/CD lifecycle.
- Proven experience in DevOps tools, CI/CD pipeline design, and infrastructure automation.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, including Kubernetes, microservices, and service mesh.

- Expertise in monitoring, observability, and reliability engineering using tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
- Strong scripting and automation skills in Python, Bash, or Go.
- Experience with GitOps practices and continuous delivery tools such as ArgoCD and FluxCD.
