DevSecOps Engineer

We are seeking a proactive and experienced DevSecOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience integrating security practices into the DevOps lifecycle, building and managing CI/CD pipelines, and automating infrastructure and deployments. This is a key role that bridges development, operations, and security, with a focus on ensuring secure, scalable, and efficient delivery of software solutions.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions and Jenkins.

• Use Git CLI and branching strategies for version control and collaboration.

• Build and manage containerized environments using Docker and orchestrate them with Kubernetes.

• Write and maintain automation scripts in Bash or Python for deployment and infrastructure tasks.

• Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform and configuration management tools like Ansible.

• Integrate security tools into the CI/CD pipeline (e.g., SAST, vulnerability scanners, secrets management).

• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and security teams to implement and enforce security best practices.

• Monitor system and pipeline health, identify issues, and implement improvements.

• CI/CD tools: GitHub Actions, Jenkins

• Version control: Git CLI

• Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes

• Scripting: Bash, Python

• IaC: Terraform, Ansible

• Security integration: SAST, secrets management, vulnerability management

• Solid understanding of DevSecOps principles and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CKA, Terraform Associate, DevSecOps-related certifications)

• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)

• Background in working in agile and collaborative development environments
