Fintech-DevSecOps Developer

Designing, implementing, and maintaining secure, automated CI/CD pipelines for cloud-native applications on Azure.

Responsibilities

Maintain and support existing Java Spring Boot microservices powering customer-facing telecom applications.

•Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues in development, testing, and production environments.

•Implement bug fixes, patches, and hotfixes for existing services while ensuring system stability.

•Perform root cause analysis for application incidents and collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams for resolution.

•Support deployment and release activities in collaboration with the DevOps team.

•Monitor application logs and performance metrics to identify issues and ensure system reliability.

•Assist in performance tuning and optimization of existing microservices.

•Review existing code and implement improvements related to stability, security, and maintainability.

•Support integration of backend services with enterprise systems such as CRM, billing, and payment platforms.
Expertise in - 
Core Backend Development: Java 11+/17, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA.

•Microservices Architecture: Service registry (Eureka/Consul), API Gateway (Spring Cloud Gateway / Kong / Zuul), Circuit Breaker (Resilience4j / Hystrix).

•API Design: RESTful APIs, JSON, OpenAPI/Swagger documentation.

•Cloud Platforms: Azure: App Services, AKS, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Key Vault, Monitor.

•Stateless and Cloud-Native Development:

•12-factor principles, horizontal scaling, environment variable configuration, distributed caching (Redis).

•Databases: Relational: MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.

•Containerization & Deployment: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.

•Observability: ELK / EFK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, or Azure Monitor.

•Testing & Quality: JUnit, Mockito, Postman, REST Assured, SonarQube.

•Version Control: Git, GitFlow.

Qualifications

Experience troubleshooting distributed systems and microservices-based architectures.

•Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud-hosted application environments.

•Understanding of OSS/BSS systems and telecom IT architecture is an advantage.
