As a Neo DevSecOps, you’ll join our highly skilled R&D Neo team !
Neo is an online booking tool (OBT) as well as an expense tool for business travel through a SaaS deployment.
It allows a user to search and book a business trip in a user friendly and high-performance web application. It gives him access to different transport modes and travel suppliers within the travel policy set by his company.
It then gives them the opportunity to claim additional expenses for reimbursement. The service allows to capture VAT, compute policies and reimbursement rules, and much more.
All those systems handle a large amount of personal and sensitive data. This requires from us a strong commitment to secure principles such as OWASP and compliance to certifications such as PCI-DSS.
In a context where all teams are growing and security requirements are ever-evolving, the need of secure automated environments as well as sensitivity toward secure principles, processes and architectures, we are looking for an engineer that would both contribute to the modernisation of our environment as well as evangelise development teams on security principles.
While you would be part of a scrum team of 4 DevSecOps, you would bring stronger mindset and skill sets around security. This team supports all other teams in their various need and requirement, setting up development environment and services while improving the paved road.

What You’ll Do on a Typical Day
Work in a SCRUM team
Design, develop and test new deployments and environments
Participate in the evolution and maintenance of existing systems
Contribute in the secure design of functionalities
Monitor the platform
Coordinate task force when a security incident occurs
Propose new ideas to enhance the environment, CI/CD pipeline, and deployments
Participate to training and help driving process evolution
What We’re Looking For
Confirmed experience in security principles, OWASP in particular
Experience in C# or python development, as well as in Docker
Some knowledge of AWS
Engineering school or master's degree in computer science
Real desire to master new technologies
Team spirit, analytical and synthesis skills
Passion, Software Craftsmanship, culture of excellence, Clean Code
Fluency in English (multicultural and international team)
