JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a highly skilled DevSecOps Architect to lead the design and implementation and optimization of our DevOps strategy, infrastructure, and CI/CD Pipelines. This role combines deep technical expertise in DevOps and Security architecture with a strategic mindset of automating security controls, ensuing compliance and fostering a DevSecOps culture across the organization. The DevSecOps architect will drive CI/CD security automation, and governance policies that support scalability, resilience, and compliance in a rapidly evolving environment.

 

 

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Define and implement enterprise-wide DevSecOps strategies, standards, and maturity models.
  2. Design a secure DevSecOps Platform for Multi-Region deployments with latency optimization, data residency and high availability orchestration.
  3. Define the architecture for CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and cloud deployments.
  4. Create DevSecOps roadmaps aligned with product and engineering goals.
  5. Design automated infrastructure provisioning using tools like Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation.
  6. Embrace configuration management with Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
  7. Ensure infrastructure is reproducible, testable, and version controlled.
  8. Architect and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
  9. Integrate security into CI/CD pipelines (SAST, DAST, SCA, secret scanning, container scanning).
  10. Automate security testing and validation tools for early detection of vulnerabilities.
  11. Champion a “shift-left” security mindset by embedding tools and processes into development workflows.
  12. Design and manage cloud-native architecture using OCI, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  13. Build and manage container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, ECS, AKS, EKS, OKE, etc.).
  14. Ensure best practices around cloud cost optimization, security, and monitoring.
  15. Security, Monitoring, & Compliance:
  16. Implement infrastructure monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.) and log aggregation solutions.
  17. Integrate DevSecOps practices and support security audits and compliance requirements (SOC2, HIPAA, etc.).
  18. Manage secrets and identity access using tools like Vault, AWS IAM, or Azure Key Vault.
  19. Serve as a subject matter expert on DevSecOps for internal teams and executive leadership.
  20. Educate and Mentor DevOps, developers, engineers, and product teams on secure development and operations practices.
  21. Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to streamline releases and incident response.
  22. Conduct architectural reviews, contribute to engineering standards, and best practices.
  23. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.
  24. Demonstrate Company’s Core Competencies and values held within.

COMPENSATION

The salary range for this position is $140-160k. Specific offers take into account a candidate’s education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate’s work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
