As a DevOps Tools & Automation Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the software development lifecycle by managing build infrastructure, automating deployment pipelines, and integrating security and compliance tools. You will work closely with R&D teams to ensure scalable, secure, and efficient delivery of software solutions using Microsoft Azure DevOps and related technologies.

This role will be based in Haifa following our planned office relocation in 2026.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Source Control & Version Management (20%)

  • Administer and maintain Team Foundation Server (TFS) repositories and /Azure DevOps Server/Services.
  • Manage branching strategies and code merges to support parallel development.
  • Track and manage work items including tasks, bugs, and features.
  • Supporting development and automation tasks using C#.

Build & Automation (30%)

  • Create and maintain build scripts using C#, PowerShell, Batch, and MSBuild.
  • Configure and manage build servers and agents.
  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery.
  • Develop or configure custom tools and UI elements to enhance DevOps workflows.

Packaging, Security & Deployment (40%)

  • Create and maintain build scripts using PowerShell, Batch, and MSBuild.
  • Configure and manage build servers and agents.
  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery.
  • Develop or configure custom tools and UI elements to enhance DevOps workflows.
  • Windows target management (user groups, GPO, BitLocker, AV, FW etc) ·      
  • Create support and maintain tools for additional uses (SBOM, Cyber reports, history log reports etc)

General (10%)

  • Communicates issues and opportunities to software management
  • Follows all applicable procedures and guidelines
  • Performs other duties assigned as needed by management

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience with Azure DevOps Server and Services.
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English
  • Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Batch) and build tools (MSBuild).
  • Experience with Git, Veracode, and Microsoft Installer technologies (MSI, WIX).
  • Strong programming skills in C#.
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD, DevSecOps, and software development methodologies.
  • Demonstrated success in process automation and infrastructure improvement.
