Job Description:
Are you experienced in DevOps or working at the intersection of test and DevOps, and ready for your next challenge?
At our Cambridge site, we design, test, and build DevOps pipelines for our Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, and UWB products-developed both in‑house and
across global teams.
Although testing is part of our remit, manual testing is rare; it typically occurs only while we develop automated test solutions.
Our DevOps and test functions are tightly integrated, giving you a highly varied and hands‑on role. One moment you might be soldering
debug wires, and the next you’re guiding an AI agent to generate a Jenkins build running on a Kubernetes pod. You’ll write code-or direct
code generation across multiple languages, with Python being the most common in DevOps, and occasional involvement in firmware‑level work.
What You’ll Work On
- Building and maintaining DevOps pipelines for embedded wireless products
- Developing automated test frameworks and infrastructure
- Using AI tools to accelerate development and automation
- Working across Windows (development) and Linux (target systems)
- Collaborating with global engineering teams
- Supporting embedded hardware bring‑up and debugging when required
Requirements/Qualifications:
Required Skills
- Strong experience in DevOps, test automation, or a hybrid of both
- Proficiency with Python
- Comfortable working in Windows for development
- Confident using Linux, bash, and SSH
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as:
- Jenkins (Groovy pipelines)
- Bitbucket
- Artifactory
- Ansible
- SQL
Desirable Skills:
AI & Automation:
- Experience using modern AI coding tools (e.g., OpenAI‑based tools, Claude Code, VS Code extensions)
- Enthusiasm for leveraging AI to speed up development
Cloud & Infrastructure:
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, or distributed cloud systems
Controlled Development Environments:
- Understanding of ASPICE, FuSa, RED, or CRA processes
Wireless & Embedded Systems:
- Knowledge of Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, UWB, or network protocols
- Experience with embedded devices or hobbyist projects (e.g., Raspberry Pi)
- Ability to perform basic hardware tasks such as soldering debug wires
Why Join Us
You’ll be part of a team where DevOps, test, embedded systems, and AI converge. If you enjoy variety, autonomy, and working with
cutting‑edge wireless technology, this role offers a unique blend of software, hardware, and cloud engineering.
