Upstream is looking for a talented, hands-on and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our Operations team.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability, reliability, and scalability of our production environments, proactively monitoring systems in real time and troubleshooting complex technical challenges. You’ll work with modern cloud-native technologies, help improve operational efficiency, and play a key role in maintaining and evolving our infrastructure.

This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Herzliya, Israel.
Responsibilities- Implement and operate large-scale Kubernetes and cloud solutions
- Build and maintain infrastructure across AWS / Azure / GCP
- Monitor customer infrastructure and production environments
- Roll out processes for new services and applications
- Enforce and maintain cloud and product security standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in customer environments
- Develop and maintain infrastructure automation tools and workflows
- Implement automation processes and AI-driven tools to improve operational efficiency
- 5+ years of experience as a DevOps / SRE Engineer
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Helm, Docker and GitOps in production environments
- Experience working with AWS / Azure / GCP
- High-level scripting skills in Python and/or Bash
- Experience with Terraform / Terragrunt
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture
- Experience with monitoring systems (preferably Datadog)
- Experience working with Linux systems
- Experience with MySQL / PostgreSQL
- Experience with OpenShift operators — advantage
- Strong troubleshooting skills, positive mindset, service-oriented approach, and ability to learn quickly and work independently
