Job Description
EZ Arcade is a division of Evolution gaming platform. EZ Arcade develops online gaming on real-life electro-mechanical machines that connect to Evolution gaming network.
As a DevOps / ProdOps Engineer you are a creative problem solver who works with the latest technologies and is passionate about real-time scalable systems. You do not back away from challenges and develop innovative solutions to solve real-time client challenges, collaborating in a distributed, international team. You are curious about the bigger picture of how technology industry is evolving, ready to ask difficult questions and deal with complicated scenarios while running a business-critical segment of our platform.
Your will be responsible for:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining services and infrastructure to meet service-level-agreements (SLAs).
- Building, testing and deployment automated processes and pipelines.
- Improving architecture and optimizing services and costs and make them more fault-tolerant.
- Responding to incidents and participating in root cause analysis.
- Researching the best observability strategies in the industry and their implementation.
- Creating documentation for implemented solutions.
- Monitoring quality of service, reliability, availability and security of our products.
- Postmortem analyses after incidents and monitoring reported incidents to identify critical trends.
- Deployment, maintenance and any on-call responsibilities associated with the system in production.
- Sharing knowledge and best practices with colleagues.
Qualifications
You have at least 3 years of experience in:
- Linux administration
- Network administration
- GCP/AWS administration
- CI/CD and pipelines
- Working with VPN and tunneling platforms
Ideally you also have:
- Basic SQL and scripting knowledge
- IP camera system maintenance experience
- Hardware technician experience
