We are building an AI-powered platform for test generation and impact analysis that helps engineering teams understand the potential impact of code changes, identify what could break, determine what needs to be tested, and automatically generate relevant tests. Our goal is to help development teams move faster while maintaining software quality and reducing regressions.
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with 0–4 years of experience to help build, maintain, and improve the infrastructure and deployment systems that power our platform. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, automation, monitoring, and developer tooling.
You will work closely with engineering teams to make deployments more reliable, infrastructure more scalable, and development workflows more efficient. You will have the opportunity to work with modern cloud and DevOps technologies while contributing to a product that sits at the intersection of AI, software testing, and developer productivity.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain reliable and scalable infrastructure for development, testing, and production environments.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate application builds, testing, releases, and deployments.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and operational processes.
- Monitor application and infrastructure health, performance, availability, and resource utilization.
- Troubleshoot deployment, infrastructure, networking, and environment-related issues.
- Collaborate with developers to improve application deployment workflows and development environments.
- Implement best practices around infrastructure security, access management, backups, and reliability.
- Support containerized applications and deployment environments.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual processes through scripting and automation.
- Maintain documentation for infrastructure, deployment processes, operational procedures, and troubleshooting.
- Participate in incident resolution and help identify root causes of production issues.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of the platform.
- DevOps fundamentals and understanding of software development and deployment lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience or strong working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments and command-line tools.
- Understanding of version control systems, particularly Git.
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and core networking concepts.
- Experience with scripting or automation using languages such as Python, Bash, or Shell.
- Understanding of application monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of containers and containerization concepts such as Docker.
- Ability to diagnose infrastructure and deployment issues systematically.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and services such as Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, GKE, Cloud Run, or Cloud Build.
- Exposure to AWS services such as EC2, S3, ECS/EKS, IAM, CloudWatch, or Lambda.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and its CI/CD, repositories, boards, and automation capabilities.
- Exposure to Kubernetes and container orchestration.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.
- Understanding of observability, centralized logging, metrics, and alerting.
- Experience working with cloud-native applications or microservices.
- 0–4 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, SRE, or a related technical role.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Candidates with strong hands-on projects, internships, or practical DevOps experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, ownership, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
