Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and optimize scalable cloud infrastructure solutions for enterprise clients. This role combines hands-on DevOps engineering with technical consulting, customer enablement, and solution architecture responsibilities.

The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native technologies, and infrastructure automation, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design scalable, secure, and high-performance infrastructure solutions.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions and translate business requirements into actionable architecture plans.
  • Build proof-of-concepts (POCs), technical demos, and implementation documentation.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and modern DevOps workflows.
  • Manage containerized environments using Docker, Kubernetes, and Docker Compose.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployments using Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code best practices.
  • Monitor system reliability and performance using observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure successful integrations and deployments.
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, and deployment-related issues.
  • Support customer onboarding, technical workshops, and enablement sessions.
  • Gather technical feedback from enterprise users and contribute to product improvement discussions.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Cloud Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or related roles.
  • Strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, and cloud-native infrastructure.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitHub Actions.
  • Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code methodologies.
  • Solid scripting or programming experience using Python, Go, JavaScript, or similar languages.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, networking concepts, and distributed systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Ability to work independently in fast-paced startup or enterprise environments.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with Azure cloud infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with identity and access management protocols such as OAuth2, OIDC, or SAML.
  • Knowledge of VPN technologies including WireGuard or IPSec.
  • Experience working with ArgoCD and GitOps workflows.
  • Background in AI infrastructure, enterprise SaaS, or data platforms.
  • Open-source contributions, technical blogging, or documentation experience.
