DevOps Engineer / Team Lead zodpovedá za návrh, implementáciu a správu cloud infraštruktúry a CI/CD procesov v Microsoft Azure, ako aj za vedenie menšieho DevOps tímu.Job description
Cieľom pozície je zabezpečiť spoľahlivé, škálovateľné a nákladovo efektívne prostredie pre vývoj, testovanie a prevádzku ESET cloud produktov. Pozícia kombinuje odbornú zodpovednosť (60%) za technické riešenia s manažérskou zodpovednosťou (40%) za koordináciu tímu, plánovanie, rozvoj členov a dohľad nad dosahovaním stanovených cieľov. Sme otvorení kandidátom, ktorí doteraz nemali skúsenosť viesť tím, no vnímajú, že majú potenciál a chceli by sa posunúť aj do tejto role.
Technical Responsibilities
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Navrhovať, vyvíjať a udržiavať infraštruktúru v Azure pomocou Terraform alebo Terragruntu.
- Environment Automation: Zabezpečiť plne automatizovaný deployment ESET PROTECT Hub prostredí (vrátane Support Module) naprieč vývojovými, testovacími a demo stage-mi.
- CI/CD Modernization: Refaktorovať existujúce pipelines, automatizovať end-of-sprint akcie, zlepšiť PR buildy (labely, conditional buildy, SonarQube checks) a zvýšiť transparentnosť procesov.
- Testing Integration: Integrovať automatizované testy (napr. API tests) do CI/CD pipelines, zvyšovať test coverage a robustnosť automatizácie.
- Monitoring and SLA Reporting: Zavádzať monitoring a reporting SLA metrík v nástrojoch ako SLAM, zabezpečiť kvalitu dát a časovú presnosť reportov.
- Cloud Cost Management: Spolupráca s cost management tímom pri identifikácií a implementácií optimalizácií a riadení rezervácií.
- Security and Compliance: Spolupracovať s IT/IS tímami pri identifikácií a implementácií politík a sieťových a security štandardov.
- Automation and Scripting: Automatizovať rutinné operácie pomocou PowerShell, Bash alebo Python skriptov.
- Documentation: Udržiavať aktuálnu technickú dokumentáciu infraštruktúry a procesov v Confluence.
Managerial Responsibilities
- Tímové vedenie: Koordinovať menší DevOps tím, zabezpečiť rovnomerné rozloženie práce a efektívnu spoluprácu s vývojovými a QA tímami.
- Plánovanie a prioritizácia: Zodpovedať za plánovanie kapacít, určovanie priorít a dodržiavanie termínov podľa roadmapy a PI cieľov.
- Rozvoj a mentoring: Poskytovať technické vedenie, koučing a spätnú väzbu členom tímu, podporovať ich odborný a kariérny rast.
- Reporting: Pravidelne reportovať stav úloh, riziká a pokrok voči cieľom (napr. PI Objectives, OKRs).
- Zlepšovanie procesov: Identifikovať príležitosti na zefektívnenie práce tímu, automatizácie a spolupráce medzi tímami.
- Spolupráca s manažmentom: Spolupracovať so Section Managerom, architektmi a Product Owners na plánovaní, rozpočte a strategickom smerovaní DevOps iniciatív.
Requirements
- Minimálne 3 roky praxe v oblasti DevOps, Cloud Engineering alebo SRE.
- Skúsenosti s vedením menšieho technického tímu (koordinácia, mentoring, plánovanie).
- Pokročilé skúsenosti s Microsoft Azure (Resource Groups, App Services, Storage, Networking, Monitoring).
- Praktická znalosť Infrastructure as Code (Terraform alebo Bicep).
- Skúsenosti s CI/CD pipeline nástrojmi (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions alebo GitLab CI).
- Skúsenosti so skriptovaním (PowerShell, Bash alebo Python).
- Znalosť Azure Cost Management a princípov FinOps.
- Silné analytické a komunikačné schopnosti, schopnosť viesť technické diskusie.
- Anglický jazyk na úrovni B2+.
Nice to Have
- Znalosť AWS alebo iných cloudových platforiem.
- Základné skúsenosti s Docker alebo Kubernetes (AKS).
- Skúsenosť s Helm, ArgoCD, FluxCD.
- Prax s Azure Policy, Key Vault, Defender for Cloud.
- Znalosť SonarQube, Application Insights, Grafana.
- Certifikácia Microsoft Azure Administrator alebo DevOps Engineer Expert.

Basic wage component (brutto): from 3300 EUR/m. (brutto)
* The final basic wage component can be increased accordingly to individual skills and experience of the selected candidate.
* Performance bonus 2 times per year up to 10% of the basic salary paid for the evaluation period(usually 6 months).
