As part of the Cloud Engineering team, you’ll do the following:
- Lead the technical solutions with a strong understanding of the latest and greatest technologies like Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform and more.
- Develop and automate the processes to deploy, manage and configure our application in an AWS environment.
- Write complex CI/CD processes
- Support and build dynamic environments.
- Build tools for internal usage with the purpose of optimizing task performance.
- Containerize our services and manage them with orchestration frameworks.
- Solve technical problems in our systems and improve deployment and maintenance.
What should you bring to the table?
- 2+ years experience in a Cloud SaaS environment.
- Evaluate new cloud-native technologies and vendor products to continuously improve our SaaS offerings.
- Experience with Kubernetes in a production environment.
- Vast experience in managing environments in AWS.
- Experience with Terraform, Consul and Vault.
- Experience working with continuous integration tools such as GitLab CI.
- Experience in managing databases, such as Mysql, Postgres and MongoDB.
- Language experience in any of Python, Shell scripting and Groovy.
- Experience with monitoring systems such as Datadog and New Relic.
Skills Required
- 4+ years experience in a Cloud SaaS environment
- Experience with Kubernetes in a production environment
- Experience managing environments in AWS
- Experience with Terraform, Consul, and Vault
