Job Summary
This job leads the strategic implementation of DevOps practices, optimizing the software development life cycle. It champions the creation of automated CI/CD pipelines, fosters cross-team collaboration, and drives continuous infrastructure enhancement for scalability. The role also involves mentoring and maintaining expert knowledge of evolving development technologies and methodologies.
Job Description
Responsibilities:

• Leading the implementation of processes, tools, and methodologies to balance needs throughout the software development life cycle
• Optimizing the development process to bridge gaps between software development, engineering, and management
• Striving for continuous improvement by building and enhancing continuous integration and deployment pipelines
• Driving the creation of automated processes to minimize the time from commit to production
• Serving as a key liaison between development and operations teams to enable rapid product development
• Increasing customer responsiveness by monitoring and optimizing application performance
• Ensuring the creation of stable, deployable, and scalable operating environments through continuous infrastructure development
• Maintaining in-depth knowledge of development processes and programming languages
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
