Leidos has an exciting opportunity for a Mid-Level DevOps Administrator/Operator supporting the Air Force and Navy Next Generation Mission Planning program. You will be joining a dynamic team that is taking DoD DevOps principles to the next level. In this opportunity you will help manage and design a next generation CI/CD pipeline in a cloud-based environment, supporting 40+ developer groups across cutting-edge technology stacks. As part of the team, you will be tasked to research & design new solutions for a large enterprise, with time to learn and train on existing solutions, all while helping to drive real change for the DoD community. Primary Responsibilities

Architecting and managing secure, high-availability systems, adhering to industry standards/best practices.

Learning and adapting to Azure/AWS cloud resources, with opportunities for formal training.

Managing a hybrid CI/CD environment utilizing both GOTS and OSS, supporting teams of developers.
-
Configuring and integrating authentication services across various web applications.
-
Supporting multiple build, release, and deployment pipelines.
-
Developing scripts to automate tasks and deployments in a cloud environment.
-
Documenting systems and processes for task tracking and team collaboration.
Basic Qualifications
-
U.S. Citizenship (no dual or Green Card/Permanent Resident Card).
-
Ability to obtain a Secret level security clearance.
-
4+ years’ experience in RedHat Linux installation, implementation, configuration, testing (functional and security), operations, maintenance and system patching.
-
Understanding of network design/topologies, including edge services & point-to-point cloud VPN setup.
-
Experience supporting CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
-
Experience with Docker container technologies and deployments, such as Terraform/Kubernetes/OpenShift/Helm.
-
Understanding of high availability solutions such as clustering, failover, and geographic redundancy.
-
Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with multiple contractors, government agencies and mission planning stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Microsoft Azure, AWS, RHEL, and/or Windows Server certification(s).

Proficiency with a scripting programming language like Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
-
Proficiency with configuration management techniques using Ansible.
-
Familiarity with REST API calls and handling data in JSON or YAML formats.

Experience with the Atlassian Tools Suite (Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket).
-
Familiarity with configuring and managing SQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MS SQL.
-
Experience with F5 BIG-IP Firewall Solutions, load balancers, and/or reverse proxies.
-
Familiarity with implementing Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG).

Experience with managing Anti-Virus tools like McAfee / Trellix ePO.

Pay Range:Pay Range $68,900.00 - $124,550.00
