The Device Testing Engineer conducts hands-on testing of devices, analyzes data, prepares reports, maintains equipment, and collaborates with development teams on improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct hands-on testing of devices using standard and custom test setups.
  • Analyze test data to identify trends, failures, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare detailed test reports and present findings to the engineering team.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of reliability test procedures.
  • Maintain and calibrate test equipment to ensure accuracy in data collection.
  • Maintain testing lab and equipment in good working conditions.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to incorporate test findings into design improvements.
  • Support root cause analysis for device failures and suggest corrective actions.
  • Support ReRAM device characterization, testing report and reliability report.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proficient in programming with Python, C, and C# for test automation and data analysis.
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies and reliability principles.
  • Basic understanding of ReRAM and MOSFET device operation
  • Experience of testing equipment (ex. Oscilloscope, signal generator, multi-meter)
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools
  • Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and team work skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities

Salary Range: $100,000 - $250,000 / year
